What is the return policy?
Returns
REFUNDS: Purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final! only exchanges on sizes and or slight damages. If an exchange cannot be accommodated, then store credit will be provided.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges must be made within a 10 day period, with receipt or order number. All tags must be in tact and connected to garment. Email ShopKiniZamora@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt for authorization. Mahalo!!!
When will I get my order?
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Note: You will be receiving a shipping notification which is automated once your order has been scanned by the postal service you can track your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally in Hawaii and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
